Kelli brings extensive clinical expertise and business development experience to Williams Grant. With a proven track record in cultivating relationships through strategic marketing and exceptional clinical insight, she has successfully built, trained, and led high-performing sales teams. Kelli is known for identifying communication barriers and sales inefficiencies while upholding the highest ethical standards. For over 20 years, she has worked in the behavioral healthcare field across multiple levels of care, including IOP, PHP, and residential settings.
Prior to co-founding Williams Grant, Kelli spent the last 13 years working for Caron Treatment Centers, one of the nation’s largest and most respected non-profit treatment centers. She most recently served as Caron’s Vice President of Patient Experience and Revenue Operations where she was pivotal in shaping the strategic plan for a 100,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art private medical center. She also designed comprehensive continuums of care and ensured a seamless experience for patients,families, and referring professionals. In this role, Kelli was instrumental in identifying operational inefficiencies, increasing revenue, and strengthening collaboration with external providers. Kelli holds a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University.
Ben has spent most of his professional career working in business operations and management. Prior to co-founding Williams Grant, he served as the Director of Operations for a behavioral healthcare law firm and helped them successfully scale their business quickly and effectively to meet the ever-changing needs of their niche practice area of law and customer demographic. Before that, Ben served as Executive Director of Caron Florida, part of the Caron Treatment Centers continuum, one of the nation’s largest and most respected non-profit treatment centers. As Executive Director, Ben played a critical role in the expansion of Caron Florida’s continuum of care and operations. He led the creation and development of Caron’s first mental health PHP program and was pivotal in opening The Keele Center, a state-of-the-art 100,000 sqft, 40-bed medical center, which includes detox, residential inpatient programming, PHP/IOP programming and neurocognitive care.
Throughout Ben’s career, he has gained experience and expertise in sales and marketing, business operations, HR, team development and culture, financial modeling and planning and business growth and expansion. He is a master problem solver at heart and thoroughly enjoys identifying and implementing creative solutions. Ben loves excel spreadsheets and data, so much so that he’s already analyzed your P & L before you’ve finished reading this biography! He strongly believes in supporting small businesses around the United States and knows that the guidance provided by Williams Grant can help business owners achieve their full potential. Ben holds an MBA from Bellevue University and a BA in communications and economics from Roger Williams University.
